Our Wedding Anniversary-June 5th

Today is our Anniversary and I was thinking of what I can make for lunch. We were going out for dinner so I wanted to make something light, something special and satisfying.
I made an oil free vegan lunch -gazpacho, kale sauteed with garlic, quinoa and bean salad, served with a photo 53- Oil free vegan lunch on our Anniversary fruity chilled Chardonnay!

Delicious!
